The parts seem solid and everything fit the way it should. They arrived clean and in good shape. No complaints from me.

I had a minor issue with one of the parts, so I emailed 5D Tactical about the warranty. They got back to me in maybe a day or so and sent out what I needed without turning it into a big ordeal. I really appreciate it when a company actually stands behind their products.

I’ll be honest, I was a little suspicious at first because the tracking took a while to update and I wasn’t sure what was going on. But my order from 5dtactical.com ended up arriving on the exact day they said it would. Once tracking kicked in, it was easy to follow. Everything was in the box, nothing missing, and the packaging was fine, nothing fancy, but it protected the stuff. Knocked it down to 4 stars just because of that slow tracking update at the start, but overall the delivery was accurate.
